Request a Fixed Price01495 364620 ## These terms These terms apply to bookings made with Party Bus Hire Swansea. Specific terms for your journey, including the price, the vehicle, the itinerary and any cancellation terms, are set out in the written confirmation we send you, and those take precedence over anything on this page. ## Quotations and bookings Quotations are given as a fixed price for the job described in your enquiry, based on the date, vehicle, group size and route you give us. A change to any of those may change the price, and we will tell you before it does. A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it and issued a written confirmation. ## Payment Payment terms, including any deposit and the date the balance is due, are stated in your booking confirmation. Please contact us for current prices; we do not publish a price list because every journey is quoted individually. ## Cancellations and changes If you need to cancel or change a booking, tell us as early as possible. The terms that apply are those set out in your written confirmation. In the rare event that a vehicle becomes unavailable through breakdown or circumstances outside our control, we will offer an alternative vehicle where one can be arranged, or a refund of sums paid for the affected journey. ## Passengers and conduct Passenger numbers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle booked, and seatbelts must be worn where fitted. All of our vehicles are smoke-free. Our chauffeurs may decline to carry, or may end a journey for, any passenger whose behaviour puts the safety of the vehicle or other passengers at risk. Charges may apply for damage or soiling caused during a hire. Alcohol may only be consumed on board where it is lawful to do so and where we have agreed it in advance. Alcohol is not permitted for passengers under 18. ## Timings and delays We plan every journey to arrive ahead of the agreed time. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will always do what we can to keep your journey on schedule. ## Property Please take your belongings with you. Items left in a vehicle will be held for collection where possible, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to passengers' property. ## Insurance and licensing Our vehicles are fully insured and driven by licensed, professional chauffeurs. ## Contact Questions about these terms can be sent to bookings@partybushireswansea.co.uk or raised by phone on 01495 364620 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
