A wedding can use the same vehicle for the bridal party, then again for guests between ceremony and reception, rather than paying for two cars. ### Who Books It Wedding parties, school prom groups, christening and anniversary parties, and large family celebrations. It is also a regular choice for milestone birthdays where the group spans several generations and a party bus would suit some guests and not others. Corporate bookings tend to prefer the black limousine, but the white is occasionally used for launches and photography work. ### When It Is Needed Saturdays from spring through autumn for weddings, weekday evenings in June and July for proms, and weekends in December for Christmas parties. Wedding dates are commonly booked a year ahead; proms tend to be booked in the spring term.
